The organizer of the Saaruan Saunaravintola Naming Competition (hereinafter referred to as the 'Competition') is Rukakeskus Oy. The competition can be entered between March 25, 2024, and April 14, 2024, at the following address: www.ruka.fi/en/skiresort/news/sauna-restaurant-name-competition
PARTICIPATION
You can participate in the competition on the Organizer's separate website. Participation is allowed only with your own email address. Participation requires a valid email address. Each person is allowed to participate in the draw only once.
The Organizer is not responsible for participation entries that do not arrive due to technical reasons or for incomplete, inappropriate, or unreadable responses.
Individuals residing in Finland who are at least 18 years old may participate. Participants under 18 years of age require parental consent.
The final day for participation is April 14, 2024, at 23:59, unless otherwise stated. The Organizer reserves the right to change the schedule for justified reasons. If the competition is terminated prematurely, the prizes will be drawn among the participants who entered the competition by the time of termination.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
Among the competition participants, 20 sauna tickets for two people to the new sauna restaurant will be raffled. If the name proposed in the competition is chosen as the name for the sauna restaurant, the proposer will be rewarded with a sauna evening and dinner for six people. If there are multiple proposers of the same name, the winner will be drawn from among them.
The prizes are valid until the end of the winter season 24-25.
The prize draws will be conducted by June 30, 2024. The winners (hereinafter "Winner") will be notified personally using the contact information provided by the participant. If the winner cannot be reached by email or otherwise using the contact information provided by July 10, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the unclaimed prize will be voided, and a new draw will be conducted.
Unused prizes or any part thereof will not be replaced, and the prize cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another time. The Organizer is not responsible for any possible damage caused by participation in the event, receiving the prize, or using it. The prize does not include transportation to Ruka.
The Organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prizes.
OTHER TERMS
The Organizer is responsible for the content of the lottery. The Organizer is not liable for problems caused by third parties, such as technical changes or disruptions in internet connections or social media platforms (e.g., Facebook).
Participation requires acceptance of these rules. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. The event and its rules are governed by Finnish law, excluding its choice of law rules. The Organizer will resolve any ambiguities regarding the application and interpretation of the rules.
If the name proposed in the competition is chosen as the name for the sauna restaurant, Rukakeskus Oy will register the restaurant name for its use.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify individuals from the event who have violated these rules or are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.
The Organizer does not act as a travel agent.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Organizer may send the participant email communications about the lottery as described in the event. The criteria for sending the email may be based on information provided by the participant, selections made, or actions taken, such as opening or not opening a link. Rukakeskus Oy reserves the right to make changes.
