Congratulations, You have found the secret link and now You have an opportunity to register for the Downhill Swim in advance, during September 2024!
There is a limited number of open places for pre-registration for both the 12km start and the 24km start. Access to swim is sold together with accommodation with breakfast.
Package prices include accommodation for the period 18.-20. July 2025, breakfast for two people and the participation fee for the swimming start of your choice.
Long distance: 24 km (15 mi) & short distance 12 km (7,5 mi)
An open water swimming event where one advances 24 (15mi) in Oulankajoki, Finland. Participants sign up and advance in pairs. The 24 km version includes short transitions on foot.

The terms and conditions of the Downhill Swim event to the swimming registration: Registration is binding. Registration fees are not refunded. Changing a team member is allowed.
Accommodations:
We offer accommodation right in the heart of Ruka village, in the comfortable hotel Ski-Inn RukaVillage. The accommodation is in a central location: the buses for the swimming event leaves from in front of the hotel on Saturday morning, the breakfast included in the accommodation is served as a buffet-style, and it gives the swimmer a good start to the day.
The room is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the room price, and a private sauna in the room brings extra comfort to the stay.

How to book your package: We want to make purchasing a package as simple as possible for interested customers, and we ask that they contact our sales service at
sales@ruka.fi / +358 10 382 5222 with the title of the message Downhill Swim 2025/September.
Tell us which distance you want to participate in, 12km or 24km, and which accommodation. For larger groups, we are also happy to show our other accommodation options. The package is invoiced in advance according to the payment terms. We sell the package at the above mentioned prices until September 30, 2024.
General sales for the event open on October 1st 2024. There is a limited number of open places for pre-registration.
