Renovated in 2021, RukaVillage70 has two separate bedrooms. In the kitchen and living room area, the sofa bed can be used as an extra bed for 1‒2 persons free of charge. The apartment has two separate WCs as well as a washing machine. From the sauna department, you can access the private jacuzzi. Please note that the jacuzzi fee is paid separately accordin current pricing.
Living is easy, as the bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are always included in the price.
Ski-Inn reception is at the hotel's street level.
The apartment's storage facilities are designed specially for winter sports enthusiasts. In the hotel common area, all the apartments have also a separate ski locker, and a ski maintenance room is also available. You can park your car in the heated parking garage (320 places, parking fee), which has a direct indoor access to the apartments. Free outdoor parking lots are available at Kelo and Stadion.
In Ruka Ski-Inn apartments, you can sort and recycle biowaste, plastic, glass, metal, paper and cardboard. All Ruka Ski Resort's apartment buildings have a waste collection point with separate waste containers. Your holiday at Ruka Ski Resort is environmental-friendly. The energy we use is 100% renewable, and we heat with ecological wood chips. Your day out on the ski slope won't increase your carbon footprint, as Ruka Ski Resort lifts run on renewable energy.
This apartment type has no pet rooms available. If you are travelling with a pet, we recommend, for example, RukaVillage60 or RukaVillage88.
We want to guarantee a good night’s sleep for all our guests, which is why our Ski-Inn apartments have quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.

RukaVillage is located in the heart of Ruka village. To the east, the apartments have a view to the central square and Front slopes. To the west, the apartments overlook the peaceful nature of Kuusamo, all the way up to the lake Kitkajärvi. In the close proximity of the hotel, there are several restaurants, including Colorado Bar & Grill, that serves breakfast (additional fee). The shopping centre Kumpare includes shops, restaurants, bowling hall and gym.
Getting to the winter slopes and the x-country ski trails couldn’t be easier – the Front slopes and Talvijärvi slope are the closest ones. Village-2-Valley scenic gondola will take you directly to the other side of the Ruka fell, Rosa & Rudolf Family Park and Saarua slopes. Village-2-Valley scenic gondola is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair. Pets are also welcome. During the summer season, the gondola offers an easy access to the biking and hiking trails and Valtavaara Nature Reserve.
