Relaxation with all your instincs. You will get to know different ways and movements how to care and rehabilitate your body. Excersizes you will make alone and together with your child. In the end of the program, everybody will get Voltnatura products which you can use to continue relaxation at home. Everybody minimum 7 years old are welcome.

First 20 registered will fit to this program. Wear nice and comfortable clothes and take waterbottle with you. There will be a gym mat, but you can as well take own with you. Your relaxation tutor is Tiia Knaapi, language Finnish.
