What is We Speak Gay?
We Speak Gay is an international community dedicated to creating a safer society for LGBTQIA+ individuals and supporting the appreciation of diversity. The community provides companies and organizations with tools and training to promote inclusivity and ensure that LGBTQIA+ individuals feel equally welcome and valued.

Our goals for creating safer slopes
We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy tourism without fear of discrimination, violence, or harassment. It is of utmost importance to us that every customer feels welcome and can be completely themselves in the fells.
Membership as part of our responsibility efforts
Joining the We Speak Gay community is a natural extension of the Rukakeskus Group's social responsibility efforts. We want to strengthen our commitment to being a safe destination for our customers and a responsible employer for our staff, while also serving as a role model for other companies.

- Be open to learning and understanding.
