Beginner freestyle ski course for 9+ yrs old kids, youth and adults
Interested in learning tricks and jumps in the park but not sure where to start?
Join our freestyle ski course to learn new skills and tips on how to improve your tricks. Take the plunge, challenge yourself, and discover more thrills on the slopes!
You'll also learn park etiquette to ensure a safe experience for you and other skiers.
Choose from these two level options:
GREEN LEVEL: Learn your first jumps & tricks at MiniPark
In the Green Level course, you'll safely explore the basics of park skiing alongside like-minded friends. You should already be comfortable skiing at least blue-level slopes.
• On the first day, you’ll practice basic tricks and start with simple jumps in the MiniPark.
• On the second day, you’ll work on rails using the press box and learn basic rail tricks.
BLUE LEVEL: Take your tricks to the next level
Already know straight jumps and want to improve your rail skills? This course provides guidance and tips to enhance your "jibbing" abilities. The tasks on each obstacle are tailored to participants' skills, with challenges added as needed!
• First day: jumping sessions.
• Second day: rail practice.
Course duration: 1 or 2 x 1h 45min, held on consecutive afternoons*. The meeting time is at 2 PM.
Course price:1 x 1h 45min = €42 and 2 x 1h 45min = €84, min 3 participants.
*If there are fewer participants, the course duration will be adjusted accordingly.
The meeting point is at the meeting point/Vuosseli sign near the Vuosseli rental shop and the 6-seater Express chairlift at East Ruka.
