Welcome to enjoy the autumn colors and gravel roads of Kuusamo by navigating on a bike!
Schedule:
Event starts on 14 September at 9:00 am by handing out maps. The cycling time from 11:00 am to 5 pm.
Event center:
Event center is located at Adventure Apes Lodge in address Rovaniementie 227 E, 93800 Kuusamo. The distance from Kuusamo is 32 kilometers and from Ruka 37 kilometers.
Series:
6 h bikes
6 h e-bikes (if one or more of the participants of a team is using an e-bike)
Teams:
A team has a minimum of two members. The whole team has to move together during the whole event. Teams with a single participants are not allowed. The recommended size of a team is 2-5 people.
Participation fees:
The participation fee of a team is defined according to the number of team members as following:
Registration at the latest on 15 July: 55 € / person
Registration at the latest on 15 August: 65 € / person
Late registration: 15 August - 7 September: 80 € / person
Signing up in the event center is not possible.
Examples of payment fees:
3 member team signs up 15 July: 3 x 55 € = 165 €.
5 member team signs up 12 August: 5 x 65 € = 325 €
15 years old and younger participants join for free if there are at least two participants older than 15 years old in the team. Every team has to have a minimum of two participants older than 15 years old. The participation fee of a team is a minimum of 110 euros. Under 18 year old participants need to have a written permission to participate in the event from a guardian.
In case there are extra members willing to join a team at a later stage the price is according to the list price of that time.
Participation is confirmed after the payment has been made.
